The Switch Shot is a fairly new gun, with the ability to hold a firing mechanism or a "Wiimote" as I like to call 'em. Rolling Eyes So yesterday I got bored and tried to take the air restrictors out of it. Boy did I mess it up. I got a little impatient, and pryed the thing open. I totally screwed up the firing mechanism part. So, I decided to put the spring in my nightfinder. Ooowww! I got a freakin' welt! To conclude, the spring is really kinda powerful. Pictures soon. (Not of the welt you perv's)
P.S. The Wii Nerf game is GAY

Interesting. I see the switch-shot as a more crippled version of the NF, but it certainly looks cooler. Plus I thought of it (primarily) only for integrations. How strong do you think it is compared to, say, a TTG string??

I honestly have never fired a TTG. Compared to LSFG spring it is maybe twice the power.
They are surprisingly quiet though (At least mine is).

Not possible how a gun so weak can have a strong spring. It gets about 40 feet modded.

Please disregard this thread totally. I am truly an idiot and feel free to ban me for stupidity. I thought I put in a Switchshot spring, but I found that and I, unknowingly put in a magstrike spring. I am very sorry and apologize to anyone if I've mis-led you.

    Deepest sorrow and regrets,

Dude, don't sweat it. Stuff happens, mistakes are made. However, here you will not be punished to the extent shown at Nerfhaven over a simple mistake that everybody makes now and then.

You have had several extremely educated responses here, and I think you can have a fantastic place here.
